Engineered for Sour Gas
The Dark Horse Treating Facility in Lea County, New Mexico is engineered and designed to the highest N.A.C.E. specifications, allowing Piñon to gather and treat any combination of sour gas compositions. Our facilities include sour condensate stabilization, amine treating, and two Acid Gas Injection (“AGI”) sequestration wells, as well as high-pressure sour and sweet gas gathering pipelines, and over 50,000 horsepower of integrated compression. Piñon’s 20-inch high-pressure sweet pipeline is connected to 4 third-party processing plants, giving customers flexibility on downstream deliveries.
